A Concert to the Nations

There’s a concert in the air tonight.

Sweet music pours down on us,

flowing to the perfect rhythm

of God’s love.

Move your feet.

Clap your hands.

Hear the beat.

Feel the rain upon your face.

It’s not wet,

It’s His grace.

Christ understands our case, knows our needs and proportions the remedy to our situation, strengthening us and glorifying Himself.  When we are weak within, we have the option to reach out and be lifted by the grace and strength of God.  His grace is a manifestation of his power allowing us to exceed what we could not achieve by our own labors.  We know how to live in commonality, but the Lord has uncommon opportunities for us, so we must stretch beyond ourselves.

God, as an omnipotent and omnipresent force, sees the bigger picture.  “Call out to Me and I will show your great and mighty things which you do not know.” (Jer. 33:3 NKJV) We become empowered as we place our lives in His hands. (2Cor 12:9) “My grace is enough; it’s all you need. My strength comes into its own in your weakness.
